Are your sessions in person or virtual?

At this time, I am only offering sessions through telehealth using Zoom.

Where are you located?

I am physically located in Colorado. I am dually licensed in Colorado and Massachusetts, and am able to provide individual therapy to patients that reside in these two states.

What are your credentials?

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

How do you bill insurance?

I am able to accept insurance through the Alma Provider Network. Alma handles all claim submissions and provides customer support for any insurance and billing questions. For questions about using insurance benefits, please follow my guide here.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a cancellation policy requesting 24-hour notice of cancellations. I give each of my patients one late cancel per year as I know what it is like to have those days of too much on the plate, forgetting, being sick, or just needing the gift of time. Once you have used your late cancel, there is a fee of $130 per late cancel/missed appointment. I provide all of my patients with my cancellation policy as part of your intake paperwork so you have it for your records as well.

Where did you receive your education?

Education: I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013 with my BA in Psychology. I graduated from the University of Denver in 2015 with my MA in Counseling Psychology.
